Ingredients:

• 100% Basmati Rice

Cooking Instructions:

Stovetop Method:

1. Rinse 1 cup of Lal Qilla Basmati Rice thoroughly.

2. Soak it in lukewarm water for 30–35 minutes.

3. Add the soaked rice and salt to 2.5–3 cups of boiling water.

4. Cook on medium heat until the water is absorbed.

5. Cover with a tight-fitting lid, remove from heat, and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving.
   Note: If the rice is too firm, add more water next time; if too soft, reduce the water.

Microwave Method:

1. Place 1 cup of soaked rice in a deep microwave-safe bowl.

2. Add 2.5–3 cups of water and salt if desired.

3. Cover loosely with microwave-safe cling film.

4. Cook on medium power (60%) for 10–15 minutes.

5. Let it stand for 15 minutes before serving.
