TRS Kewra Water 190ml

Kewra water is extracted from the flowers of the screw palm. These flowers emit a sweet, perfume-like scent reminiscent of roses; however, the kewra scent is somewhat fruitier. Kewra water is not particularly concentrated and can be used in teaspoons or tablespoons. In India and Pakistan, it is primarily used to impart a special fruity aroma to sweet dishes such as kheer (rice pudding), desserts, barfi, rassomalai, or milk noodles.

Kewra water is also known in Germany and is used in marzipan production.
