Ashoka Curry Paste Mild is an authentic Indian curry paste for Indian curries. The paste is aromatic and very spicy, but not as hot as other curry pastes from India, offering a mild, balanced heat.

Preparation is very simple: Simply add it to the meat and vegetables, fry briefly, then add a little water or coconut milk and simmer until cooked. Done.

On its own, this paste has a spiciness level of 2-3, but when diluted with coconut milk or water, the dish will be mildly spicy. The paste is very economical; you only need about 2-3 teaspoons for a meal for two people.
